Hand drawn image painstakingly drawn from a microscopic image of the rods and cones found in a human eye. Part of a sci-art collaboration with an ophthalmologist from Bristol University and Bristol Eye Hospital. We worked together for a project called Creative Reactions, where I was tasked with interpreting her research and field of expertise in a visual way.

This was initially laboriously drawn in pen and ink before being exposed onto a screen and hand-printed onto Somerset satin. An exclusive, limited edition print of only 15, each is editioned, titled and signed by Amy.
