What a wonderful session at Spike Island yesterday.
After the fun had with paper lithography last week, I found making the plates for lithography strangely familiar as opposed to downright different.
The lithographic process involves exposing the photosensitive plate to UV lighting to fix your image for printing use. It felt very like exposing a screen, but you get to permanently keep the design whereas with silk screen you wash it off once you've finished with it.
