RWA Staff Exhibition and West Bristol Arts Trail

Oh my gosh! I cannot believe that Autumn is spinning by. I have been busy of late and wanted to get in touch to tell you about a few things that have been occupying me.

First-off, as some of you may know, I work for the Royal West of England Art Academy, supporting SEND school age students with art sessions, relating to the current exhibition. Called Happy Mondays, the next of these will be running during October half term and is bookable through their website. I believe there are still a few spaces, so if you or someone you know has children who might benefit from visiting an art gallery on a quieter day due to their needs, please book a space to attend.

As a freelance staff member, I have also the pleasure of being included in a staff exhibition. Called, "Also Artists", the show will be opening in the downstairs gallery from 7th November - 7th January, and is free to attend. Whilst visiting, do check in on the Annual Open exhibition, where I currently have work on display. The Annual Open is on until 14 January 2024.

And lastly for now, I wanted to tell you about the imminent West Bristol Arts Trail!!! Next weekend 14th - 15th October, from 11am - 5pm I will be exhibiting in The Orangery, Goldney Hall (Venue 14 on the map). We can be found at the top of Constitution Hill, through a small gate in the stone wall, BS8 1BH. I will be exhibiting my etchings for the first time, along with some brand new silkscreen prints - including one of the S.S. Great Britain - samples. I'd love to hear your thoughts and to see your face!

Have a great weekend,

Amy
