Product Details

An etching that captures the emotive impact of weather on the landscape, Landscape 1 is a study in aluminium, using unusual materials for markmaking and etching. The clouds are formed from stencil and spray paint, whereas the landscape uses a variety of tools to scratch and impact the surface, before immersing the aluminium plate in the etching bath.


This aluminium etching, measuring approximately 15 x 21cm, plus a generous boarder. It has been handprinted at Spike Print Studio by Amy onto Somerset satin, and is one of a limited edition of 20.
