Freedom Above Bread

I've been feeling pretty helpless and utterly shocked by what is unfolding in the Ukraine. My grandad was Ukrainian, settling in Bristol following the second World War. Although, since his death, I have no direct connection with family there, I can't help but wonder how they are, hoping they are all safe.

The Ukrainian flag uses two colours in equal measure to symbolise the sky (freedom) and the golden wheat fields.

Inspired by @the_wonderstruck_printmaker This is my fundraising print offer, to support the Ukraine.

All profits will go to @disastersemergencycommittee , specifically to their Ukrainian appeal. I will send you a receipt for your donation. For every sale of "Freedom Above Bread", I will donate all profits, so, for example, if you can collect your print, the full £20 will be donated.

"Freedom Above Bread" is a handprinted, two colour silkscreen print. Each print measures 18x18cm on Old Kent paper and is an open edition, signed by the artist.

They are £20 each inc postage, and available to buy via my webshop. Link in bio, or visit www.amyhutchings.co.uk

Thanks for your help. 🇺🇦🌻🙏🫂
